If we are thinking of praying; does not mean we have prayed. We have a desire; a craving or wishes ; does not mean it must be granted. We have read of Prophet Daniel’s prayer responses/answers/results been with-held by Prince of Persia in the dark realms :-The Book of Daniel 10:10-14. We must dominate princes; princesses; principalities and powers with how we pray to God. At first I did not fully understand this saying: “If wishes are horses; the lame will ride”. This topic embellish on it ;very well. This is a topic; that exemplify what it takes to pray/ask/seek with intent. As such; to pray is an act of G-d from the start of time. In Genesis 1:26 :- “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the Earth. As a blogger and a Kabbalah student; I sense that our job on earth is to style; sync and support what God has created with God’s divine formations and combinations of greater lights of Kabbalah in all multi-verse( All universes/planets created).
God prayed/ask/seek with intent to create man with powers to dominate . So; are our wishes having that power to dominate ?
Comparison of prayers to wishes will be done in paragraph 3 ( three). Firstly, what are wishes? wishes are an expression of some desire or inclination/ the particular preference that you have/ a specific feeling of desire. While prayer is define as the act of communicating with a deity ( especially as a petition or in adoration or contrition or thanksgiving).
Before the comparison of prayers to wishes that will be done in this paragraph; Let us ask ourselves whether our prayers is fixated? As wishes are not fixated and wishes are not constant. When God said; ‘ Let us make man in our image…’ ; God used a collective prepositional phrase here; which is used adverbially.
1.) Prayers are fixated while Wishes are not fixated.
2.) Prayers holds a subjective and objective stance before God; as we are created in Gods’ image ; while wishes only holds nothing.
3.) Prayers are standing as constant action of man; since God also prayed the Host of Heaven to create Man . While ordinary animals and species wishes as much as we all do. For example; your house dog always wish for a treat. But; when such animal could pray is when they are in collective great distress/threat of extinction.
4.) Prayers are constants and variable at the same time; while wishes are constant variable- This means that ; we as humans will always pray; whether we are suffering or in threat of extinction or giving thanks. But ; wishes are always going to be altered when we sight; perceive; desire; crave or yield.
Since wishes are similar in pattern to Prayers; we must do what God did in Genesis 1:6 :-‘And God said; let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters’. This is simply divine; we must put all our wishes and prayers together in our mind; with the use of our spiritual eye/sense (sixeth sense or not). Then; separate the wishes from prayers; while doing that; we immediately table the prayers before God. This is a tall ask; but do-able; to achieve a scientific improvements in our lives on Earth.
